HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

All listed shipping times are after production - due to the wild variations in our product line, some orders must be produced after they're ordered. While production times typically only take 24 hours, they can stretch to longer times during the holidays. Rest assured we're working as hard as we can to get you your order in as short of time as possible. For your convenience, our shipping system will automatically email you when your order has shipped, with tracking information (if available). Return of unused skins can be returned with a 25% restocking fee.Item must be returned in the same condition as received (skins that have not been remove from backing paper)WARNING, We will NOT refund skins that have had the backing paper removed or custom cut to order skins. Buyer responsible for the shipping cost back to us. We cannot accept returns on custom orders, or wholesale purchases. All returns must include RMA and will be charged 25% restocking fee plus any shipping handling charges.
Shipping charges incurred can not be refunded. We can only estimate a shipping date as production schedules change we can estimate time of shipment only. We can not guarantee DELIVERY DATE as this can only be controlled by the shipping company. If premium shipping is paid for and the shipper does not perform, we will work with you to get a refund of shipping costs.
